			Both WebRenderTextureHost and its wrapped TextureHost try to destroy RenderTextureHost. It is redundant. WebRenderTextureHost does not create RenderTextureHost, then WebRenderTextureHost does not need to destroy the RenderTextureHost. And added some asserts for checking.
