Christian Biesinger f904ee12d5 Bug 1579232 [wpt PR 18880] - [css-flexbox] Enable min-height: auto even for items with % children, a=testonly
Automatic update from web-platform-tests
[css-flexbox] Enable min-height: auto even for items with % children

We can just set an override containing block height to ensure that
percentages resolve to auto, as desired.

This resolved a long-standing bug we had and improves compat with
Firefox.
