Automatic update from web-platform-tests Fix LayoutBox::MayIntersect() with overflow clip margin A positive overflow clip margin can expose overflowing contents even though we are clipping along both axes (i.e. OverflowClipRect() can be larger than the border box rect). LayoutBox::HasHitTestableOverflow() is added not only for this CL, but also for crbug.com/1453975.
