This patch overwrites moz.build files for libwebrtc. All the modified build files are generated automatically by running below command: ``` ./mach python python/mozbuild/mozbuild/gn_processor.py \ dom/media/webrtc/third_party_build/gn-configs/webrtc.json ``` Accordingly, the CLOBBER file is updated to signal a clean build.
