Some misbehaving programs broadcast WM_COPYDATA messages to all and sundry. If those messages happen to be of type 0 and start with '\0', they'll look like a command from a fresh instance of Firefox to open a new window using an empty command line. Prevent this by dropping support for older versions of WinRemoteMessage, as even our current ESR emits v2 messages.
