	Renames existing nsFrameLoader::OwnerIsBrowser* methods to add "Moz" prefix for clarity. Adds nsFrameLoader::OwnerIsIsolatedMozBrowserFrame which checks the noisolation attribute of mozbrowser frames, if present.
