Andrew Halberstadt 0f05b131b7 Bug 1690947 - [taskgraph.optimize] Take dependent deadlines into account when replacing a task, r=taskgraph-reviewers,bhearsum ... It's an error for a task to have a dependency that expires before the current task's deadline. We could sometimes get into this situation if the 'IndexSearch' optimizer finds a replacement that is about to expire. This ensures we check that the replacement will still be valid past the latest deadline of all dependents.
