<!-- Please describe your changes on the following line: -->
This adds a flag to ./mach run to use software rendering on Linux (through the LIBGL_ALWAYS_SOFTWARE env var).

<!-- Thank you for contributing to Servo! Please replace each `[ ]` by `[X]` when the step is complete, and replace `__` with appropriate data: -->
- [X] `./mach build -d` does not report any errors
- [X] `./mach test-tidy` does not report any errors
- [X] These changes fix #14982.

<!-- Either: -->
- [X] These changes do not require tests because like said in the issue "There's no way to add automated tests for this".
<!-- Pull requests that do not address these steps are welcome, but they will require additional verification as part of the review process. -->

This directory contains various Python modules used to support servo development.

servo

servo-specific python code e.g. implementations of mach commands. This is the canonical repository for this code.

tidy

servo-tidy is used to check licenses, line lengths, whitespace, flake8 on Python files, lock file versions, and more.
