Tim Giles aacf76c97f Bug 1813203 - Use moz-support-link in about:plugins. r=mstriemer
I added the customElements.js import due to the fact that MozXULElement
did not exist in the about:plugins page. I guess remote pages don't get
access to customElements.js by default?
