mochitest and web-platform-test are verifying import maps are supported. Moving the mochitest into its own folder (dom/base/test/jsmodules/importmaps) as the prefs needs to be in [DEFAULT] section in chrome.ini, see [1]. xpcshell-test is used to verify import maps are _NOT_ supported for web ext content scripts.
