Automatic update from web-platform-tests Reland: [shapedetection] Upstream TextDetection tests to WPT The original CL has been reverted because the test external/wpt/shape-detection/idlharness.https.any.shareworker.html is flaky on Mac. This reland CL disables this test on Mac.
