Nick Alexander 26518d1bde Bug 1641291 - Part 2: Make NSDISTMODE=copy impact install manifests. r=glandium ... This is strictly a quality of life improvement when cross-compiling to Windows targets. A common scenario is mounting an object directory into a Windows VM, which requires additional VM configuration to handle (absolute) symlinks.
