Geoff Brown e3384b5611 Bug 1898511 - Do not set use_multiprocess when starting geckoview r=jmaher 
Since use_multiprocess is no longer used, do not set or pass it from mozdevice.
Since the launch_activity/launch_service e10s optional parameter becomes unused, stop passing it also.
