Use addGlobalMonitorForEventsMatchingMask instead of CGEventTapCreate to monitor for mouse clicks outside of the application while context menus are displayed. Using addGlobalMonitorForEventsMatchingMask prevents the display of the privacy "Keystroke Receiving" dialog when listening for mouse clicks.
