a9e2dece76 Bug 38370. 
Allow color of an HR element to be changed.
Make HR be a block element in quirks mode instead of the hacky inline we were previously using (standards mode already had it as a block).
Patch by Ian Hickson <ian@hixie.ch> with minor modifications by me.

9cb380a7ff Make XBL anonymous content get its base URI from the XBL document (the binding

fe7914e2c9 Make CSSStyleRuleImpl immutable by changing mutation code (including some merging of code between nsDOMCSSAttributeDeclaration and DOMCSSDeclarationImpl) so that it creates a new rule for the modified declaration. Change StyleRuleChanged notification signatures, and change pres shell's handling of style rule change, addition, and removal to just do reresolution. Remove fine-grained ways of clearing style data. 476c30fdff Make sure that Init() failures for image frames don't mean no alt text. Also 
fixes a crasher when reframing fixed-pos frames.

This change adds an assertion in ConstructHTMLFrame that InitAndRestoreFrame
should succeed (unless it returns NS_ERROR_FRAME_REPLACED).  This is an interim
change; eventually we want to bail out on errors, but there may be frame impls
that return errors in non-error conditions from Init() (eg nsFrameSetFrame did
that) and we're a little close to freeze.

0d2808c511 Create a new xpcom obsolete library (and component library). 
Moved nsFileSpec and related classes into this obsolete library.
  Moved nsRegistry and related libreg functionality into the obsolete library.

Updated many callers using the obsolete nsFile spec to use nsIFile and Necko to do file IO.

Combined the following DLLs (source -> dest)
  uriloader -> docshell
  shistory -> docshell
  jsurl -> jsdom
  gkview -> gklayout

Moved nsAdapterEnumerator out of xpcom/ds and into mailnews, since they're the only consumer

Modifed the xpt_link tool so that you can specify a �only include� cid list that can mask CID�s that you are not interested in.

Added build options:
Prevent the building of xpinstall (--disable-xpinstall)
Prevent the building js component loader (--disable-jsloader)
A build option to only build a single profile (--enable-single-profile)
A build flag to only built the required xpfe components (--disable-xpfe-components).

Removal or hiding of unused functions and classes including nsEscape*, nsDequeIterator, nsRecyclingAllocatorImpl, nsDiscriminatedUnion, nsOpaqueKey, nsCRT::strlen, NS_NewCommandLineService

- Moved MoveChildrenTo() and GetRealFrame() to a point in the
  file where they could be called from my new utility method
  AdjustOutOfFlowFrameParentPtrs().

- Modified MoveChildrenTo() to take an nsFrameConstructorState arg,
  so that it can call my new method AdjustOutOfFlowFrameParentPtrs()
  so that out-of-flow floater frames are reparented to the correct
  containing block when the placeholder is moved under the block
  created in ConstructInline().

8e8fb14ea0 Fix 2 cases where ReResolveStyleContext was broken, causing serious problems with dynamic style reresolution. Change nsIFrame::GetStyleContextProvider to GetParentStyleContextFrame, always use its result rather than using the parent frame in some cases, and move a bit of the complexity into the GetParentStyleContextFrame implementations. Fix block-within-inline case (bug 129350) using a special-previous-sibling frame property and ensuring that NS_FRAME_IS_SPECIAL is copied when frames are split. d2229cbf68 - Implement the :checked CSS pseudoclass which maps to the "selected" property on option elements. 
- Eliminate the _moz-option-selected attribute; move the actual selected state into the option content node.
- Change all users of _moz-option-selected to use :checked.
- Add a third parameter to nsIDocument[Observer]::ContentStatesChanged to indicate which pseudoclass changed, this is used for optimizing handling of :checked state changes.

6cf1d33b09 Initial checkin of XBL select widget (listbox) code (bug 112713). 
Summary of changes:
- Removed old XBL form control cruft.
- Made nsOutlinerContentView accessible from content scripts.
- Created a new interface, nsIDOMNSXBLFormControl which exists to allow a
select element to have an outliner box object.
- Factored out nsChildIterator into its own file.
- Added support to the outliner content view for having option elements
directly inserted in the outliner.
- Cleaned up pixel/twip conversions in outliner.
- Added support for intrinsic width for outliner.

    HasPseudoStyle() to expand it's use, and make those methods call it.

  - Added static method RemoveGeneratedContentFrameSiblings(), which

99666eed8c This checkin enables mozilla to support the printing of selection, the printing of page ranges, and 
the printing of headers and footers.
Printing of selection is implemented by the frames figuring out if they are in the selection and painting
if they or not they they don't paint. This also only allows the printing of the first page of
selections, alothough it is well documented where this is implemeted so it can be removed.

6a93e50850 bug 56432 () 
the problem was a factorial algorithm for finding primary frames.
fixed by added a hinting mechanism that takes advantage of existing
primary frame cache, greatly reducing the cost for the common case.
